This process is all about you, but if you want to know why I care about you and what you do it's because I have spent many years working in marketing and content, and see marketing increasingly misunderstood. The cart comes before the horse; the communications come before the objective.

I love cutting through the noise and helping organisations get to the heart of how their target audiences want to interact with them - through market research, market orientation and marketing strategy. It's a craft developed through years of heading up marketing departments in the arts, of rebranding at the BBC Proms, at getting startups off the ground with their marketing strategies, and working with clients just like you to communicate your stories.

About Laura

When I'm not working with clients, I head up marketing for the Royal College of Music in London, am an Associate Lecturer on the MA Publishing Course at University of the Arts London, a Trustee of Lewisham Education Arts Network and an OK viola player in various amateur orchestras. I have a Mini MBA in Marketing and an MA in Publishing. For many years, I've been waiting for a viola joke I haven't heard before.
